[repost] My eating regiment

Thought this may be interested to some who are looking for guidance on diet and food.
It's official, my first treatment of chemotherapy will begin on January 5, 2010 (exactly 1 month after receiving news of my diagnosis)
So how has my life changed thus far?
Food Diet:
First 11 days- Dr Mom put me on an all veggie juicing diet. The veggies mainly consisted of carrots, red cabbage, celery, potatoes, asparagus and tomatos. All great for fighting cancer cells! and of course ALL organic!
Day 12-14-slowly switched to solid food, but still ate heaps of veggies (steamed) and very little meat. Had a lot of soup noodles! Very small portions.
Present- lots of veggies, at least one big cup of protein and greens every day, very little carbs, some fish (steamed), very little meat
Supplements Diet:
Morning: 1-2 glasses of water, 1 glass of water with crab apple cider vinegar (helps with alkalizing my body, extremely important for ppl with cancer!), 1 glass of diluted flor essence tea (a detox tea), 1 glass of noni juice (strengthens the immune system, regulates cell function and regenerates damaged cells)
I usually take the noni with: Vitamin C (3 caps), CoQ10 (2 caps), Milk Thistle (good for the liver), Florasil (helps with tissue repair), Grape Seed (at least 3 caps, great antioxidant), Floravision (good for eyes, have always taken it), Pro essence (1 cap, helps discharge toxins gathered by Flor Essence), Calcium D-Glucarate (1 cap, helps build immunity and strengthens bones), Magnesium (1 cap, helps with bowel movement), Vit D3 (5000mg)
BREAKFAST: oatmeal with virgin coconut oil and on occasion organic yoghurt with muesli and udo's oil (omega 3.6.9)
Afternoon: throughout the day I'm either drinking Flor Essence, Noni, water, or Biotta's Breuss juice (a combination of organic beets, carrots, celery, potatoes). Sometime during the day I manage to squeeze in a bowl of chinese medicine.
Evening: a few hours after dinner I usually have another bowl of chinese medicine then take Magnesium (2 caps), Epicor (1 cap, for immune protection), Citrus Pectin (1 cap), Melatonin (2 caps). The last three are 'prescribed' by a doctor.
*before every meal I have a glass of Breuss juice and at least 4 digestive enzymes
*after every meal i have at least 2 anti-inflammatory enzymes and minimum 2 probiotics
*with every meal either flax oil or Udo's Oil (omega 3, 6 and 9)
*i also fit in four other chinese medicines (shavings from the horn of a mountain goat, cow's gallbladder in powder form, these small little black pills the size of poppy seeds, and this other thing I don't even know the name to which is the hardest thing to eat!)
It's taken some time and a lot of planning for me to form this schedule, and still I find that a full day is not enough time for me to finish everything (in fact I've forgotten several things on several occasions, even WITH a list!)
