Super Greens Avocado Mash

My go to greens powder is Udo's Choice Beyond Greens. It's hard to eat well (even as an intentional nutritionist) in Hong Kong and so I make sure I include some green powder any chance I get. Whether it's a morning smoothie, a stew or this avocado mash, this greens powder blends well with many dishes. Why I choose Udo's Choice Beyond Greens? It's fermented making it easier to digest and for us to absorb, because it's not only what we eat that matters but also what we absorb. A half tbsp serving offers the equivalent nutrients of 33g of fresh raw, organic vegetables! Imagine buying, washing and preparing all of these veggies!

Ingredients:

1 slice gluten free or sprouted grain toast. Otherwise you can use rice cakes.

1/2 avocado

1/2 tsp Beyond Greens

Veggies slices (tomato, cucumbers work well)

1 tsp Udo’s Oil Omega 3.6.9. blend

Dash of salt and pepper (optional)

Dash of balsamic vinegar (optional)

Method:

Mash the avocado and mix with Beyond Greens, Udo’s Oil and salt and pepper.

Arrange on the toast and top with veggies slices and drizzle balsamic vinegar on top.

I like this post because it explains how avocado mash with greens can be a simple but healthy meal that supports better nutrition and easy cooking habits. It reminded me of a time I was studying nutrition-related data and got confused with analysis, so I used SPSS Assignment Help to understand how to interpret results properly. It really helped me stay clear and organised. This recipe shows how simple foods can still be very powerful for health.
