Avocado Chocolate Mousse
When it’s avocado season you put it in everything, including dessert!
Ingredients With dates: 3 avocados, mashed 2 cups pitted dates (remember to buy ones without sulphites) 1 cup organic raw cacao powder Nut milk of choice (a few splashes as needed)
Without dates: replace the dates with 1 cup of coconut nectar
Method: Blend all of the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender like a Vitamix. Use the tamper. The ratio of dates to avocado must be the same. The cacao and sweetener ratios can be adjusted, according to taste.
Place into cups. Freeze one hour before serving. Or refrigerate overnight.
